Marketing Partner
This is a non-exclusive partnership. You're an independent partner, not an employee. You can work with other companies, and we can have other partners too!
🎁 What You Get
- Unique referral code to share with your network
- Competitive commission on every successful subscription
- Dashboard access to track your referrals and earnings
- Monthly payouts once you reach the $50 threshold
Commission rates and customer discounts are revealed in your Partner Dashboard after registration. Rates may vary based on your performance and promotional periods.
🤝 Your Commitments
As our partner, you agree to:
- Promote MathsMind AI honestly and professionally
- Be upfront that you're an affiliate partner when promoting us
- Keep our customers' best interests in mind (they're families with children!)
- Follow advertising standards and laws in your area
- Not make promises we can't keep (like guaranteed results)
- Respect privacy - don't spam or misuse contact information
💰 Commission Details
How It Works
- You earn commission on subscription value (after payment fees)
- Customers using your code get a discount on their subscription
- Commissions are held for 30 days before becoming available
- Minimum payout is $50 USD
- Payments processed monthly around the 15th
Exact rates are displayed in your Partner Dashboard after registration and may be adjusted based on the number of customers you bring and special promotional periods. You're responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your commission income.
⚖️ Fair Play
To keep things fair for everyone:
- One account per person
- No self-referrals (using your own code)
- No fake accounts or manipulating the system
- Our tracking system is the source of truth for referrals
Important: We reserve the right to adjust or withhold commissions if we detect any unfair practices. We'll always try to communicate with you first if there's an issue.
🔐 Using Our Brand
While you're a partner:
- You can use our name and logo for promotion purposes
- Don't modify our logos or create confusing materials
- Don't register domain names with our brand name
- Don't bid on "MathsMind" in paid search ads without asking
🔒 Keeping Things Confidential
Please keep private:
- Commission rates and payment details
- Customer information you may come across
- Any business information we share with you
This applies during our partnership and for 3 years after.
⏱️ Duration & Ending the Partnership
Starting: This agreement begins when you register and we approve your account.
Ending: Either of us can end this partnership:
- You: Leave anytime by contacting us. Earned commissions (above $50) will be paid within 60 days.
- Us: We may end the partnership with 30 days notice, or immediately if there's a serious issue like fraud.
When the partnership ends, please stop using our materials and branding. Any pending commissions may be reviewed before final payment.
📋 The Fine Print
- No guarantees: We can't promise specific earnings - it depends on your referrals
- Changes: We may update this agreement; we'll notify you of significant changes
- Liability: Each party is responsible for their own actions. Our liability is limited to commissions paid in the last 12 months
- Disputes: Let's resolve issues through friendly discussion first. If needed, New Zealand law applies
- Independence: You're a partner, not an employee - no employment benefits or obligations
