🎯 The Basics

As a Marketing Partner, you'll receive a unique referral code to share. When someone subscribes using your code:

✅ Who Can Join

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information when registering
• One account per person (no duplicates please!)
• Agree to promote our platform honestly and ethically

💰 How You Get Paid

Commissions are calculated after payment processing fees. Rates may be adjusted based on your referral performance and special promotions. You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

🤝 What We Expect

Help us maintain a positive environment for families:

• Be honest about what MathsMind AI offers
• Don't make exaggerated claims or false promises
• Respect people's privacy and don't spam
• Follow advertising rules in your country
• Remember our customers are families with children - keep it appropriate!

🚫 Please Don't

• Use your own referral code for personal subscriptions
• Create fake accounts or referrals
• Send spam emails or messages
• Use misleading advertising
• Pretend to be an employee of MathsMind AI
• Bid on our brand name in paid ads without permission

⏸️ Pausing or Ending Partnership

You can leave anytime - just let us know. Earned commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out within 60 days.

We may pause or end your account if:

• There's suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Terms are violated
• Your account is inactive for over 12 months
• For any business reason (we'll give 30 days notice when possible)

We reserve the right to withhold payments while investigating any issues.

🔄 Commission Adjustments

Commissions may be adjusted if:

• A customer requests a refund
• A payment is charged back
• A referral is found to violate our terms

🔒 Privacy & Data

We take privacy seriously, especially since our platform serves children:

• We handle your data per our Privacy Policy
• Don't collect unnecessary customer data
• Never sell or share customer information
• Comply with privacy laws (including NZ Privacy Act)

📋 Other Important Bits

• Independent status: You're a partner, not an employee
• No guarantees: Earnings depend on your referrals - we can't promise specific amounts
• Changes: We may update these terms; we'll let you know about significant changes
• Disputes: Let's try to sort things out amicably. If needed, New Zealand law applies
• Our liability: Limited to commissions paid to you in the past 12 months
